One of my favorite photographs from my trip– with Winter coming to an end, this is one of the last few sunsets Iceland will see before 24-hours of daylight overpowers the darkness until the next Winter season. This sunset was quite beautiful as the sun dipped over the horizon behind the truly Icelandic landscape.

I was up there in ’00 – and took a picture of the sunset too 🙂
Exotic place, and Ioved the geysirs and Gullfoss. And nice art museum.
This was basically the only sunset I saw. It was quite cloudy and stormy while I was there. The geysers were great and I got some good photographs of them, but unfortunately I was at Gullfoss in near-blizzard conditions. due tot his, Gullfoss was barely visible, although I did get an interesting photograph and tons of snow blowing around over the falls (or what is visible of the falls) at least.
Iceland is great though! I enjoyed it greatly!
