The Versatile Blogger Award!

Wow, thank you so much Pommi and Becoming Madame for both nominating me for this award within a span of three days. I have never seen this award before, but for what I can tell, it is all about connecting fellow bloggers with others and sharing interests. So for this reason, I´m very grateful to be a part of this.

As part of this award, I guess there are a few rules to follow:

  • Nominate 15 fellow bloggers – (I´ll save this for last)
  • Inform the bloggers of their nomination
  • Share 7 random things about yourself
  • Thank the blogger who nominated you – (check)
  • Add the Versatile Blogger Award Pic on your blog post – (check)

Seven Random Things About Myself:

  1. I don´t really like to eat anything colored green, with the exception of green skittles.
  2. If you see me reading a novel, it is going to be written by Stephen King.
  3. If I could be anywhere right now it would be on the moon, looking back at the earth suspended in the emptiness of space.
  4. If a cell phone wasn´t necessary to keep in contact with a few family members and long-distance  friends, I would´t have one.
  5. I wish I was alive when everyone wore a cowboy hat on their head, a pistol on their belt, and drank at saloons.
  6. One day, I´d love to find myself standing on the summit of Mt. Everest.
  7. I have a very irrational fear of seaweed.

Nominate 15 Other Bloggers:

The following blogs are written by people who´s blogs I have started to read almost daily or who have continued to follow me from the very beginning and for that I wanted to show a little gratitude. For me, their writing or their photography is almost an addiction, and every time I visit, their blog is like lettuce… it’s fresh!

…yep I said lettuce.

Author: Nathan Bush Wedding Photography

My name is Nathan Bush and I am a loving husband, an avid world traveler, an adventurer, and an off-road and Jeep enthusiast. I began my serious journey into photography in the mountains of Patagonia Argentina where I fell in love with the wilderness world. My passion has taken me to Iceland, Alaska, Peru, Argentina, Belgium, the Netherlands, and countless National Parks.  A good friend once told me I should combine my knack for beautiful landscape photography with capturing the details of their wedding, so I decided to dive right into the challenge. It has been quite a ride from there, and thus today, my passion for photography has evolved to capturing the raw candid emotion and intimate moments involved in wedding photography.

  1. Congrats on the nomination, hope you get it, as it would be well deserved. I´m looking forward to reading the adventures in Peru,Nate especially the Inca Trail. The Inca/Maya/Lost Civilisations thing fascinate me!

    1. Thanks Adrian, yes, those civilizations are quite spectacular to learn about, aren’t they? I have so many photographs to share, and yet none of them are like seeing Machu Picchu in person, but I did my best!

Thanks for reading and continuing to comment on/follow my blog.

    1. hah! I also have a fear of spiders, and when I was young I reached into the water to pick up a chunck of seaweed and all these tiny sea-spider things ran up my arm. I think thats why I’m affraid of seaweed now. Where did yours come from?

      Thanks for reading!

  2. Congratulations Nate – and thank you, too for the nomination 🙂
If you don’t like to eat anything green – I hope that doesn’t mean that you don’t eat lettuce 😉
I also don’t eat “fake” green – just “real” greens!

    1. Hi Lu,

Thanks, and of course, your blog is absolutely worthy. Actually, I’m not a fan of lettuce, or really many vegetibles at all haha. I’ll eat a salad, but it has to be drenched in salad dressing, so it really defeats the point of eating a salad haha.
